As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll develop more collaborative and automated ways to forecast and report on our revenue and expense models. Our goal is to eliminate spreadsheets from the planning and reporting... process. This role reports to our Vice President, Corporate Finance and will partner with both the broader Finance team and the rest of SeatGeek to improve financial data quality, reporting, and the broader financial modeling infrastructure.
What you'll do
• Improve operational processes and reporting using systems and automation
• Relentlessly pursue a deeper understanding of our business drivers and digging deep into the whys and implications on the future
• Build reports and dashboards to support internal financial reporting and processes across the company
• Review monthly financial results and performance variance analysis against our budget and forecast
• Contribute to the administration and development of Workday Adaptive Planning, implementing our budgeting, reporting, and forecasting needs
• Develop deep business partnering relationships with our P&L owners and people team, becoming the go-to person for all things related to our personnel expense
• Track department detailed hiring budgets with P&L owners
• Collaborate with people team to maintain data integrity across all HR platforms and improve operational processes using data and automation
• Partner with our Accounting and Business Systems teams on ad hoc projects to improve financial reporting and data
What you have
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking experience preferred
• Mastery of Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tool and financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, and workforce models)
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to establish productive relationships with senior leaders within the company including department heads, Managing Directors, and other executives
• Ability to pull insights out of large data sets, preferably using tools/skills like SQL and business intelligence tools like Looker and Tableau
• Prior use of NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Brex (spend management) is a plus

The salary range for this role is $74,000- $113,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
