Five Iron Golf (5i) is the country's biggest indoor golf company with three locations in New York City, two locations in Chicago, and locations in Seattle, Baltimore, Las Vegas, DC, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

5i is not your traditional country club. We aspire to establish a casual, relaxed environment for golfers and non-golfers alike. We are a fun and growing company with an urban vibe. We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, and food and beverage service.

As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue our most important tradition; providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking Roamers - Staff members responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including setting up customers on the simulators and taking food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Food and Beverage Sales
• Take food and drink orders and serve to customers in a timely manner
• Bus the area routinely
• Customer Service
• Provide tours of the facility
• Set up customers on the golf simulators
• Front Desk Management
• Greet customers
• Create bookings and manage our booking software
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Answer phone calls
• Membership
• Keep bag room organized and pull bags for our members
• Remember names and preferences of members
• Golf Simulators
• Ensure the customers are enjoying their golf experience
• Conduct basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure the technology is working properly

Required Qualifications:

Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required

Hours will be focused on night and weekend shifts.
