As a Security Manager, you will develop and administer local security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. You will ensure local procedures align with corporate security policies and applicable government regulations. You will work closely with IA/ISSM personnel assigned to the local facility to ensure appropriate local program support. And you will coordinate with other local directorates and business area leadership to identify and support business needs.

Responsibilities:
Protects classified government information and manages TS/SCI personnel security clearance and processes and conducts initial and on-going security training and education briefings
Conducts SCIF self-inspections and is the primary POC during SCI-Security compliance audits/inspections
Administers routine aspects of industrial security programs and supports SCI and Special Access Programs in compliance with the NISPOM, 32CFR, DCID, ICD's and other applicable government security directives associated with SCI and special security programs
Uses DISS and other databases to track and maintain clearances
Maintains SCIF visitor control functions
Investigates and report security violations, and incident reports
Maintains a working relationship with each contract's security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances/accesses
Provides follow-up clearance status on processed clearance to manager for specific contracts
Prepares written reports of surveys and inspections
Maintains all security documentation and files in accordance with government requirements
Prepares necessary paperwork in support of federal government investigations or annual visits and meets with federal government representatives upon request
Where applicable works closely with the ISSM concerning accreditation and reaccreditation of classified IS Systems to include user access, auditing, configuration management, documentation, and training in accordance with USG policies and regulations
Manage after-hours alarm response activities
Act as main Security POC for the SNC Business area Headquarters
Support Corporate Security CI initiatives and government reporting activities
Provide security assistance to other SNC locations when requested and support the Security Director with special tasks as assigned.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in security management, systems security, cybersecurity or related discipline
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Typically, 8 years of experience in a Security role
2+ years of management, supervisory or team lead experience required
Minimum of 1-year experience in managing Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
Extensive knowledge of both government and industrial security to analyze evaluate and interpret current security requirements
Current, active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility required prior to start
Preferred:
Ability to balance security requirements with SNC’s mission, goals, and culture
Strong communication skills, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects; ability to work with people in a team environment and deal effectively with changing project priorities
Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems and provide focused solutions
High degree of attention to detail
Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations. Must have good written and verbal communication skills

This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
