Sr. Manager, Digital Designer

Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

What about you? As the Sr. Manager, Digital Designer, you will focus on crafting high-impact digital designs, including brand and visual elements, for our clients’ brands across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual direction for a diverse portfolio of client projects, enhancing their online presence and engagement.

You will be responsible for creating and executing design concepts for digital campaigns, website graphics, and social media content tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with the larger Creative Team, including UX, Content and CRO, as well as client teams. 

Your measure of success will be based on your ability to create visually compelling designs that not only attract but also engage target audiences for our clients, driving measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a rising Sr. Designer with digital experience and a strong portfolio. You must be ready to lean into a strategic role but still play a huge part in the day-to-day execution of client deliverables on our growing 8-person Creative Team.

• $80,000-$113,000 annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience 
• Evaluation of comp at least once a year

• Develop and drive innovative visual design strategies for digital platforms tailored to client-specific needs, including websites, social media, and email marketing
• Collaborate with the Director of Creative Services and Team Leads to develop initial brand and design strategy
• Translate client objectives and marketing strategies into creative visual concepts that are clear, compelling, and visually engaging
• Manage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and client brand guidelines
• Partner with UX designers to enhance user experience through visually compelling design elements for our clients
• Continuously explore and implement new design trends and technologies to keep our clients’ brands at the forefront of digital design innovation

• Experienced digital design professional with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design projects across various digital platforms, especially in client-focused settings
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and relevant web design tools
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other graphic design fundamentals, particularly in the context of external client brands
• Strong ability to think strategically and execute creatively, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients
• Excellent presentation skills, with the capability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders and client teams
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished and user-focused designs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client projects simultaneously
