Responsibilities

Complete daily operational investigation tasks including document reviews and customer verifications
Conduct thorough investigations into suspected cases of financial fraud
Document investigation findings and prepare reports for management
Utilize analytical tools to identify fraud indicators and monitor suspicious activity
Make outbound contacts to customers for further investigation
Analyze statistical data on complex cases and identify control gaps
