This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to drive strategic analytics and decision support in a cross-functional B2B SaaS organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.The Role.• This position will be on the GTM team focusing on Sales Bookings and Spend.• This role will run our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Processes, in order to establish a strong understanding of how we generate Revenue at WP Engine.• You will be expected to develop a strong operational understanding of the Sales organization; Acquisition, Account Management, Agency, Sales Engineering, Rev Ops, and XDR functions.• You will use your knowledge of the Sales organization to partner with the business, help them build business cases to hit their Plan targets and be an advisor for them on the best way to invest dollars to generate MRR.• You will have the opportunity to work on projects related to MRR, Marketing and CX.The day to day.• Business Partnership - The person successful in this role will be able to build relationships with the various leaders across the Sales organization, which means a good portion of your time will be talking to and supporting your leaders.• Planning & Forecasting - On average we have about one Planning Cycle and Forecasting Cycle a year. During those times Planning/Forecasting becomes Priority 1 for the Finance Team.• Operationalizing the Plan - Once the Plan/FCST is done, it is our job to make sure that the leaders stay on track to hit their Plan, and if they are off-track we need to find a way to get back on-track. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
