Be here.What's Cool About This Job.The Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team leads decision support for company-wide pivotal initiatives, drives insights focused on cutting edge business issues, delivers bookings, churn, revenue and top-line critical metric reporting and forecasting. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to drive strategic analytics and decision support in a cross-functional B2B SaaS organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.The Role.• This position will be on the GTM group within the Finance team• This role will become familiar with our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Processes, in order to establish a strong understanding of how we generate Revenue at WP Engine.• You will be expected to develop a strong operational understanding of the GTM organization; all things Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.• You will use your knowledge of the GTM organization to create strong relationships with operators, help them build business cases to hit their plan targets, and advise them on the best way to invest dollars to generate recurring revenue.• You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our finance group partnering with Product and Engineering on cross-functional initiatives.The day to day.• Business Partnership - The person successful in this role will be able to build relationships with the various leaders across the GTM organization, which means a good portion of your time will be talking to and supporting your leaders.• Planning & Forecasting - On average we have about one planning cycle and forecasting cycle a year. During those times, our team will prioritize guidance for the business and financial execution.• Operationalizing the Plan - Once planning is complete, we will help the leaders stay on track and follow through on initiatives, by measuring, reporting, and tracking results. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
