Field Sales Manager (Remote)

A young and fast-growing company that partners with major car rental companies, offering a no-deposit car rental solution, allowing customers to rent cars without upfront deposits is now looking for a Field Sales Manager.

The list of its partners includes such companies as Europcar and Motion. The focus is on expanding partnerships with franchise owners and training their sales teams to effectively sell the product.

Turkey was selected as the initial market due to its favorable conditions. The company plans to expand to other European tourist destinations, positioning itself as an international player.

As a Sales Performance Manager you will take on a proactive role and work directly with the sales teams in various branches to ensure they are well-trained and performing according to company standards.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with partners' management and staff
  • Developing the business and bringing in new partners
  • Monitoring the implementation of the strategy, sales performance and agreements in the branches
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive on-site sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance and training effectiveness
  • Conduct regular field visits
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product training
  • Proven experience in sales training or a related field
  • Work experience in large international retail companies (Coca-Cola, Nestle, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Danone etc.)
  • Willingness to travel to various sales points as required
  • English B1+
  • Turkish C2
