Location: Dallas, TX; Hybrid Model- onsite/work-from-home combo

Integer is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our agency!

The Senior Account Executive has day-to-day project management responsibility for all assigned projects and scope of work, and ensures that the agency is meeting all client marketing, budget and timeline needs. Has overall responsibility for agency output on assigned initiatives/projects and works hands-on in the development of the highest possible quality in the work product. Further, the Senior Account Executive may have involvement in the supervision and development of subordinates. Daily activities support the Account Leadership Department Role Statement:

What You'll Do in This Role:
Great Work: Creates the environment for creating great work, sold in, well executed.

  • Builds strong client relationships through trust-based partnership, passion, commitment, integrity, business maturity and flawless delivery.
  • Leverages understanding of the brand, client and our core competencies to ensure the right questions are asked related to client requests to ensure we have a clear understanding of the work that is requested.
  • Engages appropriate experts within the team and formulates a plan of action against projects.
  • Contributes to the delivery of high-quality, excellent work by being vigilant with timelines, budget, process and accuracy.
  • Brings client business knowledge and agency frameworks to the team such that they contribute to delivery of high-quality, excellent work.
  • Supports client leadership in developing and delivering credible, succinct briefs and briefings.
  • Responsible for running small tactical projects.
  • Helps deliver effective and visually appealing presentations and effective storytelling around the agency’s work product.
  • Utilizes clear and effective communication with clients and team members to support the delivery of great work.
  • Can articulate Integer’s positioning as a Commerce Agency and is engaged in continuous learning & development activities (e.g., internally taught Commerce Certification training class).
Financial Stewardship: Leads a healthy and growing business through financial
management and relationships that add value.

  • Understands and contributes to Account Strategy, thus ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Provides alerts as to resources, scope or operational shifts that have financial implications.
  • Ensures flawless execution through project scope/time management and excellent client and team communication.
  • Assists in hours analysis, timesheet management, budget monitoring (client and internal).
  • Collaborates with Project Managers, internal finance and clients as necessary to support timely purchase orders and billing.
People: Develops people and the agency for the future.

  • Supports strong internal team health, an environment of collaboration and, in some cases, individual team member growth.
  • Shares client business information so that the entire cross-functional team has the appropriate understanding of client information/knowledge.
  • Ensures excellent account coordination through seamless, clear and concise communication.
  • Contributes to agency initiatives and agency new business efforts.
Drives client business results through understanding and application of client and
marketing knowledge.

  • Applies business, client and digital/promotional/shopper marketing understanding to solving marketing problems and leading projects.
  • Understands and provides a POV and value related to success in retail, shopper and promotion marketing.
  • Is articulate around issues related to our core competencies.
  • Grasps emerging social and digital marketing trends and how these relate to growing a brand within a specific category landscape.
  • Leverages Integer frameworks, thought leadership and approaches in assessing client’s business and leading development of work. Understands and applies the barriers and opportunities identified by the 3 Lens Model™ and The Shopper Continuum®.
  • Explores the industry landscape and available resources to provide additional knowledge, information and perspective to the team and client.
  • Takes a problem-solving approach to challenges that pop up and identifies when to elevate issues.
Innovation: Innovates client and agency business for the future.

  • Listens and identifies opportunistic or white space projects/needs.
  • Identifies, elevates and implements opportunities to improve process and drive effectiveness or efficiency
The Experience You'll Bring:
Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in related field, plus:
  • 6+ years of professional service experience with frequent client contact in a marketing or advertising environment
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Understanding of integrated marketing mix (advertising, promotion, retail, packaging, digital, media, PR, etc.)
  • Experience in CPG preferred
  • Excellent professional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborative
  • Organized and detail-oriented (must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects)
  • Solution-oriented
  • Positive attitude toward the role, department, agency and its clients
  • Positive, professional team player who takes ownership of tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Participates in agency training
  • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
  • Ability to travel as needed

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $65K-$70K.
