Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable is part of the Global Business Services Accounts Payable team which serves as a center of excellence and expertise for all Accounts Payable (AP) activities in strong collaboration with our 3rd party business process outsource (BPO) provider. The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst plays a key role in planning and executing projects in support of Corporate Procure to Pay (PTP) initiatives, provides analysis and support to business users, and maintains and governs AP and Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense claim systems and master data. This position collaborates closely with colleagues at all levels of the global organization to promote AP and T&E expense claim process standardization and improvements.

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst possesses excellent analytical and technical skills that are used to develop solutions to customer needs to increase efficiency and optimization.
Accountabilities:
Provide strong oversight and support the relationship with 3rd party provider for all AP related activities.
Identify opportunities for PTP process improvements with a focus on driving flawless delivery of service and continuity of outsourcing activities.
Evaluate and resolve issues with accounts payable, corporate credit card or T&E expense claim processes by performing research and analysis and using critical thinking to arrive at solutions.
Act as liaison between outsourced provider and Edgewell to ensure AP balances are current and issues or disputed amounts are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Execute projects and engage in initiatives varying in scope and size. Projects may be cross-functional and could include, but are not limited to, process reviews to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities, acquisition integration support, process documentation and design, support for PTP tool upgrades and enhancements, and international ERP or PTP tool implementations.
Evaluate and monitor internal and outsourced process controls to ensure SOX compliance.
Prepare various reports used for tax filings and provide accurate and timely data to the FP&A team to support KPI measurement.
Drive non-routine Concur and ReadSoft administration activities such as user access reviews, user training, adoption of new features and functionality, implementation of best practices, and international expansion.
Support the entire T&E process including expense reports, credit cards, cash and credit card payments, expense reporting system, and expense reporting policies and responding to inquiries as needed.
Actively respond to information requests from various key partners and stakeholders including Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit and regional Controllers.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and champion the development of automations and/or process improvements.
Support special projects as needed.

Required Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management OR equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements.
Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system.

Working Relationships
Reports to the Senior Manager GBS.
Will work with North America and Europe management as well as internal customers such as Finance, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Sales, Marketing and Internal Audit.
External engagement will include Edgewell suppliers, External Audit, local Professional advisors, and BPO partner.
Work Environment
Option for hybrid or remote working arrangement.
Potential for occasional work outside of normal hours to meet project deadlines or for meetings across time zones.
Position may require sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
Potential for occasional travel to support projects, user training requests or for meetings.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $96,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
