Measure the success of guest-focused programs on-property by creating the test design and completing the post-test analysis.

Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations that communicate your findings and provide concise business recommendations.
Partner with Choice’s data science team to build models related to hotels’ LTR scores (guests’ likelihood to recommend the hotel and overall stay satisfaction).
Analyze other 1st and 3rd party data sources (e.g., results from primary research, syndicated studies, industry performance metrics, transactional and guest data) to extract insights in support of business questions and compile recommendations that guide consumer strategy.
Assist in the evaluation of new vendors, tools, and data sources as needed.
