Senior Analyst / Manager, Asset Management

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is experienced in financial planning and analysis to join our Asset Management team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, quick learner who demonstrates a high level of analytical thinking and values a collaborative team environment.

Our Sr. Analyst/Manager of Asset Management will be primarily responsible for overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes as well as supporting partner relationships. In this capacity, the candidate will conduct all necessary financial and operational analyses and communicate key business commentary to senior management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of property business, financial, and operational performance including, but not limited to, annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range strategic plans
  • Interface with internal senior management personnel and external partners
  • Collaborate with Property Management, Finance, Development, Leasing, and IT teams
  • Manage Analyst and Senior Analyst duties and deliverables
  • Limited domestic travel (up to 10%)

What You Will Need

  • 5-7 years of direct relevant experience conducting financial analysis
  • Basic understanding of the retail real estate business cycle including Development pro-formas, Entitlements, and Leasing
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

The Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • MBA and/or related advanced degree
  • Experience working with Yardi

Pay Transparency

Estimated compensation for this position is:

$80,000 - $120,000 (Annual) + Bonus eligibility

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment to market data.
