The Sr Associate of Digital Paid Media is responsible for managing paid digital activation for the business across multiple internal stakeholders, including but not limited to collaboration around digital channel strategies, campaign planning & execution, reporting, testing & optimization loops, as well as the steward of campaign management best practices and performance metrics.
As a crucial member of the Central Marketing team and Digital Marketing CoE, you’re a performance-oriented campaign activator with proven experience in scaling cross-channel digital paid media programs (search, social, programmatic, etc.) to generate Awareness, Demand, & Conversion. You’ll partner with various teams across the company, including but not limited to: Central Marketing, Operating Unit Marketing, Corporate Communications, and external agencies & technology partners.
- Support the design & development of digital campaigns, managing the process from production to activation, measurement & optimization, ensuring flawless execution.

Drive awareness, engagement, & lead acquisition through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing channel performance, identifying new messaging, targeting, capability opportunities.

Work with the various marketing teams, segment leaders, peer activators & digital channel managers, agency partners and legal department in creative process as needed.

Test and launch new digital opportunities to market via innovation pilots, optimization efforts, and partnership with various marketing teams.

Manage agency relationships for campaign execution, including briefing, review & feedback loops, and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Produce performance reports & dashboards with analysis & insight to influence strategy translation & demand planning, increase conversion metrics and optimize performance.

6+ years digital marketing experience, 3+ years experience specifically in paid media

Undergraduate / bachelor’s degree required in a business-related discipline.
- Core capabilities around digital marketing, paid media & digital advertising platforms, audience management platforms, and technical integrations between the two

Software: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $64,600 to $117,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
