Imagine being a part of an enterprise wide initiative that is at the forefront of how we approach product management across Capital One. The Enterprise Human Resources Product Learning team is laser focused on designing and executing learning agendas that support our product management competencies and play an integral role in how we grow our product talent and reputation in the market. Our team is collaborative, creative and passionate about helping our associates grow in their careers. Our people leaders believe in a people first approach that supports every team member living their best life while achieving amazing results at work. If this sounds like a dream, come join us.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Product Foundations Bootcamp program. This role will coordinate an internal cohort based learning program under our Product College umbrella that provides foundational learning experiences that support internal mobility for associates interested in moving into a Product role. In partnership with the delivery team, you will facilitate multiple training cohorts per year. You will scale and evolve the Product Foundations program to upskill product managers with a variety of self-paced, instructor-led, and hands-on learning activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual strategy for the Product Foundations Bootcamp program in coordination with the Product College Open Enrollment Portfolio manager, internal instructors, business executives and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) at Capital One

  • Deliver 2 - 3 Product Foundations Bootcamp cohort sessions annually; each cohort being 40+ aspiring product managers participating in a 8 week program consisting of weekly live instructor based sessions, weekly office hours, weekly offline self study content and evaluated Final Product Presentations via Zoom.

  • Create awareness of the program through marketing efforts within the product community, as well as enrolling participants and maintaining a well-managed backlog of waitlisted participants

  • Manage all program communications (both formal and informal) to engage participants, instructors, managers, mentors and presenters as needed using Slack and email

  • Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions and office hours. Manage all logistics including partnering with SMEs to ensure their preparedness, setting up Zoom recordings, archiving course materials, and monitoring participant attendance

  • Execute on the Final Product Presentation and Graduation experience which includes recruiting Product Leaders to serve as an evaluator or speaker, helping to share feedback with learners after their presentations, and sharing cohort successes with leaders and the broader Product Community

  • Utilize a data centered approach to influence decision making by gathering learner feedback throughout the program, synthesizing that data to find themes, set goals, and improve outcomes of future cohorts

We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role. We value all experience, whether gained in a classroom or through other paths, and invite everyone who meets the qualifications to apply for this role.

Basic Qualifications:
