The Brand Manager/ Senior Brand Manager will be accountable for the implementation and execution of BU and Brand strategy, objectives, and tactics. They will also play a key role in project management, communications on project status and pull through. Position will report into an AVP, Co-commercialization, BU.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The incumbent will be responsible for the HCP marketing activities and will be a part of the marketing brand team. Responsible for the management & achievement of P&L for the assigned brand(s) in Cardiology, Diabetes and Primary Care.

Responsible for the management & achievement of P&L for the assigned brand(s) in Specialty medicines/rare diseases.
Collaborate on key HCP product plans for omnichannel brand marketing with the broader team in India and the alliance partner in the US.
The Brand Manager/ Senior Brand Manager will support the brand team for
Launch and development, execution of peer-to-peer HCP initiatives including new peer to peer education under utilizing omnichannel marketing – search, SEO, SEM, Email, Telehealth, EMR, social media, Remote Sales Representatives & other channels to drive brand growth & profitability.
The position requires close collaboration across many functions including the commercial and campaign management, analytics team based in US and India, and senior leadership. Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationship with alliance partners essential. It is critical to maintain a strong external focus in this position and managing the business relationship with the alliance partner.
Works with extended team in India to provide strong leadership to prepare for potential future launches and drive advocacy for current portfolio.
Works closely with team to enable tactical excellence regarding medical peer to peer education functioning under the new guidelines.
Works closely with our external agencies, and any other external customer.
Lead brand review meetings, strategic planning, and use incisive business insights to optimize channel, marketing, and promotional mix to drive brand growth & profitability.
Leads a team of Associate Brand Managers and Brand Associates.
Develop brand commercialization financials such as SOW, ROI, share gain or negotiate a fee for service.
