Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $115,000

- Continuously aid in development utilizing the CURO BI technology stack while adhering to best practices from across the analytics industry.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and designs.
- Execute end-to-end analysis, including requirements gathering, methodology development, data extraction, data processing, analysis, insight formulation, and results delivery.
- Utilize SQL to extract data from databases to provide valuable insights and reporting for all business units.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, data sets, and BI deliverables.
- Automate existing processes to empower business units to perform advanced analyses.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data, or risk analysis
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Experience with Sigma is a plus
- Proficiency in BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Expertise with Microsoft Office
- Proactive and self-directed in an autonomous work environment
- Demonstrated expertise in data gathering and analytical skills
Base Salary: $80,000 - $115,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time salaried employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
