Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .Net technologies, following established coding standards and best practices.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to established standards.

Collaborate with senior engineers to establish efficient deployment processes, including continuous integration and deployment.

Assist in conducting comprehensive testing and code analysis to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of software applications.

Learn from and seek guidance from senior engineers to enhance technical skills and knowledge in software development and design.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and actively learn from experienced engineers to contribute to technical innovation and excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience.

Basic understanding of software engineering principles and practices.

Familiarity with .Net technologies and the Microsoft technology stack.

Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a strong willingness to learn and develop skills in C# and .Net Framework.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

Exposure to databases and SQL, including basic query writing and database concepts.

Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, and an eagerness to work in an Agile development environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A passion for learning and a strong desire to grow in the field of software engineering.
Base Salary: $85,000 - $130,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time salaried employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
