If so, State Fund is looking for talented and seasoned third-party administrator (TPA) adjusters to join our dynamic team to effectively manage State Fund employee workers’ compensation injuries.

The Claims Regulatory Program has immediate openings throughout California for Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster positions.

The positions may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Oxnard, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, Salinas, San Diego, Santa Ana, Stockton or Vacaville.

The incumbent is expected to work independently, proactively manage cases, and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. Internal employee claims are considered SENSITIVE and HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL and must be handled as such at all times.

Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.

Desired Qualifications and skills

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Two years TPA experience
• Possess a positive attitude and be highly motivated
• Have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Have strong communication and relationship building skills
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to make timely and accurate liability decisions and benefit provisions
• Ability to deliver timely, current, accurate, and adequate estimates and case documentation

SALARY: $6,082 - $7,618 per month depending on experience
