Job Overview:
As a Senior Commissions Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of our global sales organization by administering sales commission payments, analyzing sales data and any associated reporting using Xactly Incent. The Senior Commissions Analyst will work closely with the Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with others within the company.

Minimum of 5+ years related experience working with incentive compensation plans.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience utilizing Xactly Incent.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

Knowledge or background with SasS business model preferred.

Customer service orientation with an exceptional attention to detail and ability to successfully resolve issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with other departments and with staff at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

Experience with various software packages including Salesforce.com and Xactly (Express and Incent).

Advanced Excel skills and strong system skills.

Experience with complex crediting and commission plans and structures.

Superior problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly and quarterly commission process for all sales commission plans. This includes understanding and applying the commission plan consistently, maintaining commission data in Xactly Incent, including commission rates, quotas and ensuring commissions calculations comply with plans, and managing commission statements and exception requests.

Document current and ongoing commission accounting processes, policies and procedures; understand data flow, system architecture and make recommendations for changes, upgrades, reconfigurations, and adoption of new technologies, as necessary.

Stay up-to-date with Xactly Incent system updates and enhancements.

Communicate with sales account executives and sales VPs to drive requirements, communications, process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve commission-related issues and inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.

Provide a monthly summary of commissions to management which analyzes total commissions paid, attainment as a percentage of quota and the effective commission rate.

Provide first line support to sales account executives and sales VPs regarding exception requests and policy questions.

With each new fiscal year, participate in rolling out new plans, including plan and systems design, training, and updating policies and processes.

Support the Accounting team with timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports and reconciliations for commission accounting.
