SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST - NEW YORK, NY
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic thinker to join the Total Rewards team who is passionate about evolving the employee experience through innovative approaches and programs within Total Rewards. The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus primarily on assisting the Total Rewards team in developing and administering compensation programs across Richemont North America in partnership with the Global Total Rewards team, and Richemont North America leaders and business partners.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Compensation Senior Manager, the position will:
- Collect and validate market pay data from compensation surveys to support the annual benchmarking process for US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
- Support the annual compensation planning process including budgeting, systems support, training, administration and reporting.
- Data reporting, analysis and support for commission plan studies.
- Manage expat programs, including assignment allowances, reporting and taxation.
- Monitor governmental regulations related to compensation programs including pay transparency laws and FLSA and support compliance activities.
- Conduct job evaluations for global job grading and salary structures.
- Partner with HR Operations on compensation reporting, data accuracy, systems testing and controls that support total rewards program delivery and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation or in an analytical role in finance or project management.
- Strong project management skills including organization skills, high attention to detail, coordination and management of key stakeholders, and tracking and follow up of requests for information.
- Advanced Excel skills required, SAP or Workday experience a plus.
- Data driven mind set, with strong reporting and data analysis.
- Must be objective and ability to use discretion with handling confidential information.
- Experience and familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking, including Korn Ferry and Salary.com.
- Pluses: experience managing expat programs, or prior experience in a compensation role within the retail industry.
Travel:
RA is based in Manhattan with offices in Midtown East and Shelton CT. Some team members are based in other locations, and occasional travel may be required to Dallas, TX; Mississauga, ON

Expected Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
