We are looking for a Senior Compensation Manager.
This key team member will be an early member of the Total Rewards team and will help us build and execute against our vision, roadmap, and strategy. The ideal candidate loves designing compensation programs and processes from the ground up and is passionate about enabling key business partners to make effective, consistent and fair compensation decisions aligned with Lacework's overall compensation philosophy. We are looking for someone who loves to work with large amounts of data, is always looking to streamline processes, and is excited by the challenges of a hyper-growth environment.
Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Equity + Benefits (including health, dental, wellness reimbursement, BetterUp coaching/learning programs, and more).
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
