Senior Consultant/ Manager - Supply Chain/Operations

Trissential is currently seeking a Senior Consultant/ Manager - Supply Chain/Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is Remote with Travel and the first project will be in Boston.

Responsibilities:

Competencies in Supply Chain/Operations topics
State-of-the-art methods on process analysis, mapping, and optimization
Application of Lean Six Sigma in different fields
Manage End-to-End process improvements
Facilitation of Kaizen Events and Lean Six Sigma workshops
Implementation of Lean Transformations
Coaching of project leads, Green Belts and teams by using Change and Lean tools
Communication and alignment with different stakeholders
Deep knowledge in project management and the usage of Agile tools
Application of performance management, Key Performance Indicators, measurement systems like performance boards
Knowledge of Change Implementation tools

Qualifications:

Fluent in English
Six-Sigma (Master) Black Belt, Lean Expert
100% travel is required
Mckenzie transformation training is a plus

Strong technical background
Deep knowledge and curiosity about technology and systems

Experience:

Multi-year work experience of consulting with supply chain context
Experience with the implementation of Lean Transformations
Successful implementation and coaching of Lean Six Sigma projects
Development of performance management systems
Experience in benefit identification and realization
Benefit reporting in CAT4
Development of team members within the lean journey
Multi-year work experience in program management
