Position

We are looking for a person who is creative, collaborative and has the personality to positively influence conversations internally and with clients to join us as our Senior Content Creative. In this role you will be responsible for running the creative development process for all our commercial and centrally commissioned digital content whilst also driving creative ambition across the content and commercial teams.

Your responsibilities as our Senior Content Creative include:

Strategy

  • Developing and communicating the creative strategy for all digital content campaigns, ensuring that they prioritise group objectives - commercial and purpose driven - and take into account processes and constraints, including Jamie’s time, his food beliefs and nutritional standards

  • Help support the overall creative strategy for the Content Hub looking for opportunities to expand and develop creative ambitions

New Business

  • Drive creative development conversations with potential partners focussing on understanding and finding solutions to their needs

Delivery

  • Take responsibility for the creative delivery of all development materials, this includes but is not limited to; brainstorming, researching, writing and editing, design, taster tapes, storyboards, presentation decks etc

  • Bring new ideas, ways of working, creatives and materials to the Content Team in order to inspire and develop creative ambitions



Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in coming up with innovative ideas, who is always seeking out creative inspiration and loves to share what they’ve found and put it into practice. You will have a sound knowledge of producing branded digital content in a variety of formats for all the major distribution platforms and will enjoy the challenge of working to a client brief as well as being given free reign to try new things. You won’t be scared to fail sometimes and are willing to take risks.

This role will report into the Creative Director, whilst collaborating and working closely with Content Heads and Partnerships Managers to develop the best creative ideas and ensure content proposals are delivering on partnership goals and objectives.
