The Role:
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy storyteller to help us drive awareness, generate demand, and enhance prospect and customer engagement with SnapLogic. The right candidate for this role is an exceptional writer and editor who brings creative vision to their storytelling abilities, and couples that with strong project management and an integrated marketing approach.
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will have demonstrated success in creating and launching full-funnel content journeys. You will work cross-functionally to shape the narrative of our platform and all that it offers—bringing to life our product vision, customer stories, and thought leadership. You will collaborate with members of our global marketing organization and subject matter experts to help drive, coordinate and execute our content strategy. You have a passion for B2B content and think like a marketer as much as a content strategist focusing on delivering high-quality, compelling content.
This role is a critical piece of the marketing team and has the opportunity to be at the fulcrum of all our outbound marketing activities. This is not a role for a shy wallflower, this role has the opportunity to propel you and your work as a star of the marketing function.
- Partner across the marketing team including product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, communications, partner marketing, and design teams to help develop a content strategy and own the content execution plan for key marketing campaigns

Quickly maneuver between creating and editing short-form content like blogs, infographics, and emails to longer-form content like whitepapers, ebooks, and reports

Collaborate with the brand and comms team to define and develop the SnapLogic brand voice and tone for written content across all internal and external touch-points

Create useful and informative content to address all types of users and buyers across all stages of the funnel, and follow through on tracking and reporting content performance metrics

Manage content production timelines for various content formats: ebooks, whitepapers, blog posts, infographics, videos, interactive content experiences, and more

Prioritize content development in a fast-paced environment, with multiple competing requests

Coordinate with the web development team to continually optimize SEO the content to improve performance goals

Recommend, implement and manage a robust content marketing system to manage content better across our organization
- 6+ years of proven content marketing experience, specifically executing a program to build awareness and deliver qualified leads

Excellent copyediting, communication & project management skills

Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of content programs

The ability to work as an individual contributor, player/coach, as well as manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and partners

Experience with SEO best practices

Professional, team player with strong leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills

An analytical thinker who is also creative. Someone who is able to justify and articulate their ideas with data

Samples of interactive and engaging marketing materials such as web page content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, emails, etc.

Experience using SEO tools Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc. preferred
