We are seeking a Sr. Content Producer to join Yeti, MullenLowe's internal production company.
The Sr. Content Producer must be self-motivated, highly organized and calm under pressure.
You will play a significant role in the evolution of our internal production capabilities as we continue to push the boundaries of production in creative and efficient ways. You will be responsible for producing content that will live in any/all mediums, such as broadcast, digital, social,…etc. along with content to be used for internal purposes, such as new business proposals, meetings and award shows. This job requires managing production budgets, line producing shoots (on location/in studio), and managing the production/post production work flow for our for our internal videographers, editors, and animators.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills due to frequent collaboration between our creative department and our production team. You must have the demeanor to work side by side with senior management as well as with clients in an often-frenetic working environment. The content producer must be able to multi-task through long hours and ever-changing directives while maintaining a diplomatic and problem-solving attitude.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $145,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience and qualifications.
