POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a senior copywriter, you'll collaborate closely with our innovative creative team to develop and execute awe-inspiring concepts across multiple mediums. From captivating print ads to digital masterpieces, from engaging social media campaigns to electrifying broadcast content, your words will be the driving force behind each project. You'll be responsible for creating compelling and effective copy that not only resonates with our clients' target audiences but also surpasses their objectives.

Your portfolio showcases your ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that captures the hearts of diverse audiences. Your communication and presentation skills are exceptional, allowing you to bring your ideas to life in an engaging and persuasive manner. Attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines are second nature to you. You're a team player who loves collaborating with art directors, designers, and fellow writers to ensure the creative vision comes to fruition across all mediums. You're always in tune with industry trends, continuously learning about new technologies and techniques that can elevate our work to new heights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and execute them across a range of mediums.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates the client's message and meets the creative brief.
  • Inject excitement and energy into your copy, creating content that resonates with audiences and inspires action.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other writers to ensure that the creative vision is executed across all mediums.
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients and other stakeholders in a dynamic and engaging manner.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall creative strategy for the client, including messaging, tone, and style.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, helping them to develop their skills and improve their work.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, staying on top of new technologies and techniques that can improve our work.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a creative agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with a variety of audiences.
  • Infectious energy and enthusiasm for writing, with a passion for creating content that engages and inspires.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a creative team, including art directors, designers, and other writers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in fashion or beauty strongly preferred.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
