Position Overview

We are looking for bright, curious, customer-focused advisors who are equipped with strategic and tactical abilities and motivated to help customers achieve success.

This position provides the opportunity to work with some of the smartest individuals from both within MindTickle and with our customers, who work in fast-growing companies across a variety of industries.

Our customer advisors are responsible for delivering solutions to our customers to help them meet their revenue goals using our SaaS platform. Leveraging extensive MindTickle product knowledge, best practices, and industry experience, the advisor accelerates customer time to value and ensures each customer is getting the maximum value from Mindtickle.

Position Responsibilities

    • Advise Mindtickle customers on how to develop and implement a comprehensive sales engagement program, encompassing strategies, tactics, and tools for effectively driving seller performance.
    • Assist customer stakeholders in utilizing performance data from Mindtickle and other sources to identify knowledge or skill gaps within their teams, and consult on enablement programs to address the gaps.
    • Prepare customer teams for successful management of MindTickle, including enabling the Program Manager, MindTickle Admins, and Content Authors, and establishing necessary processes for independent and collective success.
    • Provide guidance on using the MindTickle platform, including user administration, content organization, reports, and analytics.
    • Contribute industry expertise through the development of case studies, webinars, and blog posts based on lessons learned and implementation experience.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles, demonstrating the application of customer-centric and value-based selling approaches.
    • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and methodologies focused on driving revenue growth.
    • Strong analytical skills, capable of measuring the impact of sales engagement efforts on revenue goals.
    • Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work across teams.
