About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to help build pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and drive revenue for the business. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and be experienced in implementing multi-channel campaigns and account based marketing strategies. As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy, managing campaigns end-to-end, and helping establish best practices and processes to support our growing team and targets.

Build and execute an integrated campaign strategy

Create multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, paid media, direct mail, events, etc.

Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (including but not limited to product marketing, content, design, and sales) to identify campaign topics and themes

Work closely with marketing and sales to align plans and provide coverage for focus areas as needed (segments, verticals, personas, etc.)

Create and execute an account-based marketing strategy to build a high-quality pipeline for top-tier accounts

Collaborate with our digital agency to inform & support paid strategies and channel optimizations

Identify and create enablement and support resources needed to make a campaign successful

Partner with marketing operations to track, measure, and report out key campaign metrics and pipeline performance

Incorporate previous learnings into future campaigns

5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B saas company

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and project management tools e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, ClickUp

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Deep understanding of the complexity of segments, verticals, and personas

Proven success working alongside sales teams to drive pipeline

Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimizations

The successful candidate’s starting base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education, work location, market conditions, and other factors. This range may be modified in the future. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and other benefits.
