Hopin is seeking a B2B demand marketing leader responsible to generate predictable demand for our sales team in EMEA. We are looking for a data-driven, yet innovative marketer to plan, implement, and optimize digital and offline channels. If you are a modern marketer with strong leadership skills who can successfully implement and optimize demand marketing programs, this is the outstanding opportunity you have been waiting for.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, complete, and measure demand programs across a mix of search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content, direct response, field, and events.
  • Work with marketing managers and content managers to resolve messaging and content to improve message efficiency.
  • Implement a culture of testing to continuously improve campaigns and program results.
  • Report on the digital program and event performance, making recommendations for future improvements based on test results, customer input, and your own creative ideas.
  • Actively apply standard methodologies and previous campaign performance knowledge to optimize digital and field campaigns to achieve pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure all processes and tools are set up as required to support the demand plan.

About You

  • 4+ years of successful demand generation experiences in B2B software organizations
  • 3+ years of demand marketing responsibility for an assigned territory or region
  • Strong background in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, and digital optimization
  • Experience managing projects across functional areas and departments/workgroups
  • Strong understanding of demand creation, customer lifecycle/championing marketing, segmentation, and testing strategies
  • Self-motivated and willing to chip in to a strong team environment
  • Strong social skills, proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Candidates with German language skills are preferred
