As a Senior Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for the growth and maturity of the design function within one of our tribes by co-owning the vision and translating inspiration into action with peers and stakeholders.

You’ll enable the best work to be done by building the best environment for success, challenging the status quo, and evangelising opportunities. You are an empathetic leader that’s filled to the brim with positive passion and purpose.

You will form part of the product design leadership team where our role is to craft the best group of people that are passionate about building interfaces with a user-centric mindset (would you expect less?!). We zoom out to see the bigger picture but also understand the devil is in the details. We’re responsible for the user experience on Back Market, whether that be our customers or sellers, and through designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating, we evolve it in collaboration with extraordinary people.

We do this because we want to make the world a better place (that sounds cheesy, but we mean it). After all our goal is to offer more than just an alternative avenue to buy tech products, we want to do e-commerce differently. <3
