About the role
We're looking for our first Design Operations Manager to help create, refine and solidify processes and project management for the Brand Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and driving our team creative workflow. You will partner with brand designers and work cross-functionally with our marketing partners and with stakeholders from across the company to ensure end-to-end success for all of our design solutions. This role is excellent for someone who excels at relationship building and translating business goals into strategic project prioritization. This role will report to our Brand Design Manager.
Set the Brand Team up for success
Champion project strategy and goals and ensure there is cross-functional alignment.
Manage project workflow from creative brief to final deliverables: oversee project intake, develop timelines, keep designers and stakeholders informed of and accountable to milestones, and anticipate risks and/or dependencies and spearhead resolution of any issues.
Help optimize and socialize best practices for working with the brand team, from how to create an effective creative brief to the ins and outs of expectations for an efficient integrated campaign.
Set the Lattice brand up for success
Partner with the marketing Executive Producer on events, product marketing and content development to ensure contractors/agencies have all the information and creative foundations they need so that the end result is the best representation of the Lattice brand.
Work with the Brand Manager and cross-functional partners to roadmap all large brand initiatives (eg events, lattice.com) and manage capacity planning and contractor/agency support when needed.
Who you are
4-6+ years producer or project management experience at an agency or in-house creative team: you are a champion for process and an Asana wizard. You have led medium to large scale projects with multiple stakeholders and a breadth of creative output.
A passion for going beyond the status quo: you proactively identify opportunities to optimize and build new processes that will make our workflow more efficient and allow designers to do their best work.
A strong, yet pragmatic supporter for craft excellence: you have a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship while also balancing deadlines, constraints, and business goals.
A great communicator and collaborator: you’re clear and concise in explaining your thought process and in enumerating the tradeoffs made in your work.
A hunger for collaboration: you do your best work when partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment and clarity.

Experience working at B2B or SaaS companies
Experience with product marketing video production (product demos and explainer videos)
Experience with production for brand campaigns: animated and live action video, digital advertising, social, OOH (static and animated), and audio spots
