Senior Director, Engineering & Product Management

• 
  Provide leadership and strategic direction in the architecture, design and development of processes and tools across multiple products and platforms in the tms portfolio
• Work with the technology leadership team to deliver enterprise-wide technology solutions and support the overall technology and business strategy

• Contributes to strategic technological planning by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies to meet the needs of a competitive, growing business
• Partner with major vendors and service providers to ensure they meet the needs of the organization
• Transform the product development teams through the implementation of Agile methodologies to measure and regularly report on Key Performance Indicators and Metrics
• Consults with and advises peers and senior business leaders how to effectively utilize technology solutions to meet current and future commercial needs of the organization in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner
• Work with other IT leaders to best utilize solutions to support business objectives and drive efficiencies
• Learning on the job and exploring new technologies. Leading and encouraging team towards this constant learning mindset
• Drive a supportive and collaborative working climate that results in a highly engaged workforce that is results-focused with a positive and team-oriented attitude

• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, information systems or related disciplines
• Experience building and leading large engineering teams that deliver cloud-based solutions at scale
• 20+ years’ experience in Information Technology with experience related to application development, cloud application development, project management and managing SaaS systems
• Familiarity with ERP Systems, Product Information Management, Master Data Management, Logistics, and distribution systems
• Working knowledge of Data warehousing, ETL and integration processes Familiarity with Agile product development and continuous delivery methodologies
• Experience and comfort in open communication and collaboration with others while working in a diverse, team-focused environment that reaches across functional and geographic borders.
• Ability to influence, needs to demonstrate the ability to build consensus and support for proposals
