The Sr. Director will lead a centralized small team with business process expertise that train, coach, audit and provide support for larger corporate transformation initiatives. This leadership role will be a key partner to IT and our System Integrator team for the implementation of our new ERP System. Strong cross organizational partnerships will be required with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing to solve complex business problems by bringing process, policy, data, and systems together. They will be responsible for the people and organizational aspects of business processes and their transformation, along with driving the use of industry standard business process management (BPM) technology with the objective to create a process-managed organization that delivers improved business outcomes.
The Sr. Director in conjunction with our Program Management Office (PMO) will be instrumental in the successful deployment and adoption of new capabilities by supporting the standardization and training of UAT and Change Management best practices and assisting in the development of specific UAT and Change Management plans and in the execution of those plans. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience challenging the status quo of traditional and siloed approaches to process and solution architecture to deliver both enhanced functionality and improved business outcomes. IAO is a highly matrixed and highly collaborative team that provides a unique opportunity to be part of driving change across the full scope of Intel's business. If you're looking for a role that gives you the opportunity for influence and to shape Intel's future, and you're willing to embrace the pace and ambiguity that comes with this challenge, then we encourage you to apply.
