We're seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Senior Enterprise Regional Marketing Manager to own and build regional specific marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth for the Enterprise North America segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional field marketing, B2B demand generation with a focus on account based marketing strategies and working closely with sales to manage and hit pipeline targets. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, North America and will collaborate very closely with key stakeholders - sales, BD, product, and cross-channel marketing - to deliver exceptional results.

- Collaborate with sales leaders to align marketing plans with regional business needs and combine the broader marketing teams programs with your regional marketing activity to create a multi-channel quarterly plan
- Be an advocate for the enterprise region. Communicate campaign tactics and messaging to sales and SDRs so that they are effectively enabled and engaged.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Enterprise TAM to proactively identify trends, developments and opportunities and share with the broader marketing team.
- Define and execute a strategy of high-impact marketing programs including, field events, region-specific virtual events, account-specific roundtables and workshops, experiential events, ABX, and regional campaigns
- Plan and execute regional field events
- Support 1:1 account support in partnerships with sales for pipeline acceleration
- Partner with our Demand Generation team on our account based marketing strategy, using regional marketing as a vital lever in customizing messaging and materials for key personas and target accounts in region
- Partner with sales for pre and post outreach messaging and lead flow management to maximize conversions and identify areas of improvement.
- Track, analyze and ensure the performance and ROI of activity is against pipeline, targets and revenue growth
- Track spend within the allocated budget and build effective reports to determine performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Must have 7+ years of proven experience in B2B demand gen, preferably with large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees)
- Success in delivering, accelerating and expanding sales pipeline through regional field marketing initiatives
- Prior experience collaborating with sales, especially executing successful territory marketing plans that drive revenue growth in partnership
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, ABM demand generation, field marketing, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and developing new innovative marketing programs
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization managing multiple projects with simultaneously while overcoming challenges and meeting deadlines
- Self starter who takes initiative, is resourceful and not afraid to say no
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
- Affinity for measurable outcomes and comfortable reporting marketing impact across the team
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to travel (when it is safe to do so).

Salary Range: $98,000 - $161,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
