Senior Field Marketing Associate

Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Field Marketing Manager who is passionate about simplifying healthcare and eager to make an impact on Ribbon’s presence at industry events to drive growth and talent acquisition goals. You will work closely with the marketing team, specifically the demand generation and content marketing functions, to project manage our events presence and look for opportunities to optimize and grow this vital channel.

What we’re looking for in this role

  • Experience planning for conferences and events in a business setting, including project managing the event from start to finish. 
  • Background working with outsourced vendors to accomplish event goals including booths, collateral, gifting and sponsorships. 
  • Ability to track budget and ROI for events. 
  • Empathy and desire to work cross-functionally to effectively prepare team members for conferences and events. 

Your day-to-day

  • Develop a strategic events calendar across industry conferences and Ribbon-hosted events leveraging insights from the broader marketing and growth teams.
  • Create detailed project plans and sessions to effectively execute on conferences and events meeting with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are effectively met.
  • Report on budget and ROI for events sharing insights with the broader go-to-market organization and talent organization for future optimization and investment. 
  • Build a best-in-class Field Marketing function developing playbooks, templates, and perspectives to expand the impact of this function over time.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital and Content Marketing to align on conference presence and promotional strategy, as well as Product Marketing to develop content and talking points that are compelling and drive leads.
