Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as the primary liaison between raw data and high-level executive decision making for the Go-To-Market team. The position provides routine and ad hoc financial analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director, GTM and will partner closely with the Sales Executives as well as Sales Operations to plan and prioritize supporting the company's Go-To-Market initiatives. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes in a fast-growing organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive planning and reporting efforts for GTM functions, including Bookings, ARR, Net Retention, headcount, monthly forecasts and annual financial plan
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and corporate reporting requirements
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and preparation of key metrics
  • Partner with the Sales Operations and Indirect Sales leadership and become a trusted advisor to lead financial processes and implement system improvements
  • Participate in strategic data analysis and research and modeling for senior company leadership
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Strategic finance on top-line metrics reporting
  • Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed

What we need from you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related relevant areas
  • 4 or more years of related experience in investment banking or financial planning
  • Love to learn! To get the greatest solutions we need to continually explore what's new and be willing to dive in and learn
  • Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Great attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Gsheet and PowerPoint - building financial and decision support models and reports; comfortable working with large data sets

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $120,900 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
