About the Role

We are actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will assist in the planning, reporting, and analytical support for business operations, strategic planning, and general business decision-making. You will help to create and enhance analysis and data reporting, highlighting key metrics in support of the Company’s Senior Management, the Finance team, and a variety of cross-functional areas

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Economics or related areas is required
• Minimum 3 - 6 years of work experience with a background in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A role
• Experience with project level accounting is a plus
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to do whatever it takes to make big impact for your team and the business
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in an effort to meet multiple project timelines and client needs
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interface effectively across all levels within the organization and across functions
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about the business
• Expertise creating complex financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex concepts and strategies into a clear story for both internal and external constituents
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering accurate results in a timely manner
• Deep understanding of financial systems from an administrative perspective
• Have exceptional technical proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Team player with a desire to foster a healthy and collaborative work environment, while being capable of working independently

Using your attention to detail, discretionary judgment, and flexibility, you will manage and assist in the creation, analysis, and distribution of multiple levels of company financials.
