Overview:
Under direction of FP&A leaders, this role will provide financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting support to Business Unit or sub-business unit leaders as assigned. Analyze consolidated actual results vs. forecast, plan, and prior year benchmarks. Create templates and processes for data gathering, tracking, and translation/submission to financial reporting systems
Responsibilities:
- Lead processes and take ownership of financial forecasting and analysis models for assigned business areas (Adaptive Insights and supporting spreadsheet models)

Update attributes and dimensions within Adaptive as required, ensure availability of timely and accurate financial information for use by global FP&A staff.

Analyze financial information. Actual/forecast variance analysis vs. budget and other dimensions. Mix and cause of change analyses.

Work closely with client services and operations to gather input for forecasting/budgeting purposes.

Conduct timely and relevant business / financial analytics.

Provide insights towards the publication of reporting decks to business unit leaders and the CFO.
- Prioritize and plan ad hoc analysis requests, ensuring the deliverables are per company guidelines.
- Gather feedback from various stakeholders and business leaders towards continuous process improvements.
- Act as the point of contact for all FP&A deliveries in the assigned division.
- Assist in coaching and training of junior staff.

Qualifications:
- BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Masters in related field or CPA a plus

3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MS Office experience required, specifically, strong Excel skills.
- Experience with financial & BI tools, a plus (specifically Netsuite/Adaptive/Tableau/SQL)

Proactive problem solving skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $94,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.”
