Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Europe, Remote

What you'll do:

• Own central, complex components of the Front application
• Drive and deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features
• Find elegant solutions to usability problems
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team
• Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better

• Successful industry experiences building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications using React
• Customer centered mindset: committed to building the best user experience
• Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones
• Excited about sharing your knowledge and collectively improve the team best practices
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism
• Full professional English proficiency
