What You Will Work On
You and your team play a role and are responsible for bringing DSW digital experiences to life in channels where highly motivated DSW shoppers engage. You’ll lead and direct multiple cross-functional relationships, mentor junior designers, and support multiple projects with a clear design voice and an unbending creative rigor. You’ll socialize and present creative work to cross-functional partners and other digital creative teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop and drive innovative solutions for digital storytelling across mobile, site, app and other digital touchpoints

Work closely and cross-functionally with site content strategy and UX to support marketing and business goals

Share knowledge, experience and skill with other designers and leadership; work with design counterparts to ensure continuity across touchpoints

Collaborate with partners to deliver on brand digital assets for marketing campaigns and seasonal creative

Effectively communicate and clearly articulate your ideas to the design team and Art Directors

Take risks to determine the balance between exceptional creative and relevant business needs

Comprehend guidelines, campaigns, brand and category assets and produce effective brand communication for retail and brand

Become an expert on the function and capabilities of our platforms
Who You Will Work With
You will work with a team of digital designers to push the craft and quality of our design executions. You will also partner closely with copywriters and project managers to develop expertly crafted storytelling that will resonate with our consumer and express our brand values.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or design-related equivalent
-
6+ years’ experience in digital design for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills

Solid knowledge of digital commerce platforms
