Senior HR Business Partner

We’re looking for a passionate and engaging HR Business Partner to join our international team, this is a remote position based in the UK.

You will build strong relationships with ease and provide advice and guidance on all HR related matters in the employment relationship, partnering closely with managers in areas such as employee experience and engagement, performance management, talent identification, change management and workforce planning.

You will be responsible for translating global plans into local actions or projects so an understanding of audience and how to engage people is critical. What you'll be doing

• Supports the full employee-lifecycle
• Provides HR advice, guidance, and effective solutions to employees at all levels, guided by company policies and relevant employment legislation.
• Coaches managers on appropriate HR interventions and helps them identify and understand people challenges and performance issues, offering guidance with a view to informal resolution and initiating formal Performance Improvement Plans, when required.
• Provides clear advice on all aspects of employment law issues such as: involuntary terminations; settlement agreements; redundancy processes; grievances and disciplinaries up to termination.
• Coaches managers on how to develop their people to build high performing teams with strong morale and increased productivity, and retention to drive business results.
• Active member of the HR team, delivering the HR strategy across the region, partnering with global HRBPs and Centres of Excellence (COEs) for execution.
• Provides advice and challenges managers where needed on how to effectively deal with change within the organisation.
• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we are attracting the right talent
• Partners with Compensation and Benefits to provide appropriate local guidance

What we need from you

• Experience of operating as a HR Business Partner, both strategic and executional, ideally in an international environment and matrix structure
• Vast ER experience, comfortable coordinating processes end to end to ensure outcome
• Up to date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
• People Champion who promotes equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
• Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of business stakeholders, including exec level
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
