Senior Human Resources Officer (Focus on Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the recruitment process such as job-ad posting, candidate search via LinkedIn, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidates’ qualifications and reference checks, etc.
Prepare for new joiner onboarding logistics and staff orientation
Review probation and annual staff appraisal
Monitor the number of headcounts and the headcount budget for HR record
Prepare the logistics of resignation for staff members
Handle work permit application and renewal for expatriates and their dependents
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Key Requirements:
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Human Resources and Administration function in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
Good team player with strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Able to handle multi-tasks, reliable and organized
Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
Immediate available is highly preferred
