Responsibilities:
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior IT Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following:

Design, implement, and maintain the Company's Microsoft 365 environment

Oversee the Office suite, Exchange Online and Outlook, Teams IM, collaboration and voice, Power Apps, Automate and Planner, and security management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Work with IT to develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures for the Microsoft 365 environment

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Microsoft 365 environment

Monitor the Microsoft 365 environment and proactively identify and resolve issues

Ensure that the Microsoft 365 environment is secure and meets the company's security requirements

Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure the successful integration of Microsoft 365 services with other systems and applications

Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and provide recommendations to improve services
Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft 365 services design, implementation, and maintenance

Deep technical expertise in Office suite, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams IM, collaboration and voice, Power Apps, Automate and Planner, and security management within the Microsoft 365 environment

Microsoft M365 certifications are preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

BS in Computer Science or related + 10 years of experience
Compensation and Benefits:
MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of: $93,500 to $145,130 Annually

The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
