We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join OpenTable’s B2B Marketing team to bring that to life. As a Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing - Email Strategy & Execution, you will own the B2B email channel, and lead a team charged with strategizing, developing, and flawlessly implementing effective email communication strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of OpenTable. You will also own various aspects of Customer Marketing including customer advocacy and cross-channel alignment for go-to-market campaigns.
As the perfect candidate, you will have a multi-disciplinary background including marketing, business strategy, and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of teaming up to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally. You are a seasoned leader who can inspire and quickly build trust within your team and won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo among other key partners. You are a big-picture thinker and strong problem solver who can take hands-on action to get results across multiple channels. You will be expected to implement strategies and optimize email performance to align with business goals, while growing and developing individuals. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $100,000-130,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
