The Team:

Marketing - We are a fast-moving, analytically focused B2B marketing team. We show innovative companies how they can improve their applications and get to market faster. We do hundreds of events, thousands of marketing campaigns, research and evangelize ideas that move our industry forward, and more.

 

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager to help scale our organic marketing efforts by building a team and expanding our SEO, referring traffic and other organic initiatives. We need an SEO and organic campaign expert with management experience who can focus on content creation, page rankings, and other strategies to improve Datadog’s digital footprint. 


You Will:

  • Lead and develop Datadog’s SEO, referring traffic and organic web growth strategy
  • Hire, coach, and manage a growing team of SEO and organic program specialists
  • Organize technical SEO initiatives by partnering with the websites team to improve the performance of the corporate website
  • Manage content creation strategy for Datadog’s knowledge center and the contributions made by a team of internal and external writers
  • Develop hypotheses and experiment with a number of greenfield organic and referring traffic campaigns
  • Coordinate and grow Datadog’s international organic presence in multiple languages and markets
  • Educate internal teams on SEO best practices to create a culture around organic marketing at Datadog

You Are:

  • 8+ years of SEO experience: in short, you are an expert on SEO and organic marketing strategy and keep up to date on all trends within the space
  • 3-4+ years of management experience, having managed a team of at least two people during this time
  • A strong understanding of technical SEO and the tools needed to successfully develop a strategy towards website improvements
  • Able to lead through influence by establishing strong, collaborative relationships across executive, product and marketing leaders
  • A compelling writer and have strong oral communication and storytelling skills
  • Able to build and scale successful teams
  • 2+ years experience in the Enterprise B2B
