Senior Manager, Digital Workplace & AI Strategy (Remote)

There has been an explosion of growth in the marketplace for digital tools both in terms of the breadth and depth of available tools and most recently with innovation to create new features utilizing AI technologies.
As the Sr. Manager of Digital Workplace & AI Strategy, you will be part of the broader IT team, reporting to the Director of IT. You will lead the development and execution of the ezCater strategy for improving employee productivity and collaboration through the use of existing and emerging technology. You will build and lead a team whose mission is to provide digital workplace productivity gains throughout the company. You will be responsible for partnering with leaders and teams across ezCater to identify creative opportunities to improve productivity, and make recommendations on technology and AI tools to help teams achieve their key objectives.

What You'll Do:

Productivity

• Develop and implement digital workplace strategy to drive connection, collaboration and flow, to improve employee experience and productivity
• Collaborate and build partnerships with key business stakeholders, in order to understand their business requirements to develop creative solutions
• Define key metrics and KPI's to track effective utilization of productivity, communication, and collaboration tools
• Help stakeholders choose the most effective application for the business needs, and minimize overlap between applications
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive adoption and effectiveness of your portfolio of tools

AI

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply new technologies and AI tools such as LLMs or process automation within ezCater
• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Drive adoption through education on advanced prompt engineering within cutting edge large language models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to incorporate AI into our offerings

Leadership/General

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of business partners passionate about helping their colleagues leverage technology to deliver on their customer outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI and collaboration technologies
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on digital workplace projects and initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts, partners, and vendors to stay current on digital workplace trends
• Cultivates innovation, identifying and creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to develop training materials for employees on tools and best practices

What You Have:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing collaboration strategies for large organizations
• Experience managing effectiveness of major collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, tools, LLM's, and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Bard, Vertex AI, Azure AI, CoPilot, and other emerging tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

The national cash compensation range for this role is $162,000 - $194,000* per year.
