Senior Manager, Global Digital Innovation and Media (NARS)

Summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Digital Innovation and Media is responsible for supporting the digital acceleration of the NARS brand as well as individual key markets across digital paid media.
This individual will work closely with the Executive Director, Global Digital Innovation and Media to oversee the development of key markets’ digital paid media strategies and play a key role in the execution of innovative global digital activations that both effectively position the brand and support the business objectives of the organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Executive Director, Global Digital Innovation and Media on the execution of innovative Global Digital activations and special projects, inclusive of landscape and competitive analysis, project management, agency oversight and reporting
Key partner to Executive Director in the review and approval of local market media and digital activation plans, ensuring adherence to global guidelines, launch objectives and platform best practices
Key partner to Global Marketing and Creative teams in the development of global paid media asset suites ensuring key local markets needs are supported and adhere to platform tends and best practices
Develop and distribute annual and launch-specific Global paid media guidelines
Oversee local content creation process ensuring high priority markets adhere to visual brand guidelines and platform best practices
Propose new and refresh current Global guidelines and processes to best meet the needs of local markets and reflect ever-evolving digital and social best practices
Provide necessary admin support, ensuring local markets and their agency partners have necessary access to execute owned and paid social activity

Qualifications & Competencies:
BS/BA required
5-7 Years of digital and/or social media experience, preferably in a beauty, fashion or luxury lifestyle environment
Active and highly engaged within digital and social media, with a finger on the pulse of emerging platforms, surfaces and trends
Experience in shaping owned social and paid media strategies in China
Familiarity with Consumer Decision Journey
Strong analytical background, able to glean insights from complex sets of information and communicate strategic recommendations to other cross functional partners in a clear, effective way
A creative problem solver, with a strong attention to detail
Resourceful and proactive, able to think a step ahead and anticipate needs
Proactive and self-sufficient with the ability to manage up, down and across
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
Team player with strong interpersonal skills - a self-described “people-person,” comfortable speaking with all levels of an organization
Collaborative and positive, demonstrating maturity and presence
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

$109,224 - $150,183/ year
