POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager with experience in the renewable energy industry to join our growing structured finance team. The team plays an integral role partnering with sales in origination, contracts, documentation and closing deals. The team supports our customers throughout the lifecycle of the project with portfolio-level financing and other services.

You will be responsible for driving the growth of these programs and working with both internal and external partners to provide a full suite of services and options for our customers.

• Deep understanding of financial modeling, with demonstrable experience in the US power generation space
• Financial structuring and deal making experience, including with regards to evaluating complex revenue structures
• Ability to work independently across cross-functional internal teams and external relationships, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects
• Knowledge of engineering and renewable energy systems (solar, storage or wind preferred) at a commercial level
• Understanding of the regulatory environment and how that impacts our customers

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in structured finance in the renewables industry or financial institution

• Bachelors degree required; higher level education such as MBA, CFA or other graduate degree preferred
