In the Senior Manager, Technology Product Management position you’ll define the Technology roadmap and drive new products and services to market, while managing existing offerings to grow revenue. Working closely with Customers and a number of stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales, you’ll lead the delivery of elegant software solutions to customer problems. You’ll leverage your in-depth product knowledge to oversee the complete development life cycle of our product line from conceptualization through development and deployment.

What You’ll Do and Impact:
Drive the development of the product roadmap for your assigned line of business. Identify new product opportunities building and presenting business cases to senior leadership inclusive of product vision and strategy.
Understand concepts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Determine how to apply those technologies into existing products and new solutions.
Create a strategy for exposing platform functionality via customer-facing APIs.
Research and remain knowledgeable on markets, competition, as well as customer needs and requirements. Set product direction leveraging information from user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments. Conduct performance and pricing analysis to further competitive insights.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technology Product Managers, communicating product vision and aligning priorities to deliver against product roadmap.
Effectively navigate competing priorities and capacity constraints to ensure we meet delivery commitments.
Gather and prioritize customer use cases and requirements for the platform to build and maintain a product roadmap aligning with functional stakeholder groups.
Apply cross functional knowledge of Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Operations into systems capabilities aligned to customer needs.
Lead the complete product life cycle of a new product offering from design conceptualization through development, piloting and deployment. Work closely with Technology and communicate with key stakeholders on progress and potential risks.
Define and implement metrics to track product performance and identify opportunities to improve these over time.
Work across internal and external stakeholders to define/refine value proposition and competitive differentiation.
Build and maintain key customer relationships.
Create and maintain product documentation for internal use.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or other related technical field
6+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years of Experience mentoring and developing Product Management professionals
6+ years of Experience developing an in-depth understanding of a complex product and articulating how the product works
3+ years of Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to digital products
6+ years of Experience analyzing data to monitor product performance
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Additional Items of Interest:
MBA degree
3+ years of direct leadership experience
Experience working in software engineering, development, or UX design
Previous experience with cloud platforms, large scale software platforms, web and native mobile application environments, split testing and data analytics
