Senior Marketing Designer

Working Location

We are a mixture of remote and hybrid working. Our primary location and only hybrid office is in London and we have remote teams across global locations that overlap well with the GMT time zone.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior designer to join our creative team. You will work closely with our Head of Creative, UA experts, animators and designers to deliver brand and marketing materials that play a significant role in promoting DREST.

We’re looking for a team player who excels at storytelling, can think outside the box, is skilled at problem-solving, brilliant at self-management, and has a keen interest in games and fashion.

You will be a creative all-rounder, utilising experience across concepting and storyboarding, digital design, typography and artworking… all on the same day. These skills come together to help deliver outstanding User Acquisition animations, as well as marketing and brand materials. You will bring relevant design experience, but most importantly an enthusiasm to balance internal briefs with creative innovation.

What you will do…

  • Create impactful User Acquisition materials, through concept sketches or storyboards and the artworking of assets. You will then work closely with our animators to see concepts through to final delivery.
  • Work closely with the company’s in-house content and marketing teams to fulfil design requests including emails, banners, social media assets, in app visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate and present creative ideas and concepts internally.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to plan/create captivating campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Prioritise workflow and take ownership of assigned tasks utilising internal resources and working collaboratively with external contractors when required.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track innovations in gaming, fashion and luxury lifestyle to bring new creative ideas to the table.
  • Have a desire to understand how and why creations drive marketing performance, question the data and find new ways to improve and iterate executions.

What you will bring...

  • At least 4+ years' experience in a graphic design, art direction or concept artist role.
  • BA or relevant experience in a creative discipline.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design foundations - typography, layouts, grid etc.
  • An understanding of video editing and motion design production process.
  • Gaming and/or luxury brand marketing experience.
  • Working with internal marketing teams to deliver creative concepts and designs.
  • You understand the aesthetics of high-end luxury brands and have an interest in fashion.
  • A passion for mobile games.
  • A quick thinker, versatile, and able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Show meticulous attention to detail.
  • An outstanding portfolio of work and an endless supply of ideas for future projects.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Figma, would be an advantage.

What you will get in return

  • A competitive salary
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Dental, Optical and Hearing cover
  • Cycle Scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • 25 days annual leave + Local Bank Holidays
  • Birthday Leave
  • Cross-team learning opportunities
  • Hybrid/Remote working options
