About the Role We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner - GTM to be a trusted partner to the leadership team, advising and coaching on all aspects of people management - Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, et al. The Senior People Business Partner - GTM will play a critical part in building management capability by educating and training managers on employee life cycle processes and people management. Senior People Business Partner - GTM Responsibilities Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive and execute successful delivery of all HR programs including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviews Coach and advise managers on complex leadership and HR matters including sensitive employee relations issues Provide guidance to managers on career pathing and leveling, skill and professional development Provides change management counsel and support Assess manager and employee development training needs and conduct 1:1/group sessions as needed Serve as a point of contact for employees; helping them navigate professional or personal issues that impact their work and career growth Collaborate across peer groups - recruiting, DEI, Finance, to drive talent initiatives to meet business needs Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes and programs Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve Must haves: 3+ years of prior experience in the role of an HR Business Partner for a high tech company Deep understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in management/leadership development, performance management and employee relations Previous experience in management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development function Able to operate at a tactical as well as strategic level Nice to haves: Strong emotional intelligence Assertive and humble; can overcome resistance and effectively manage change Business savvy; can quickly develop the business sense to offer relevant HR solutions Fast-paced and action-oriented; can comfortably operate in ambiguity with minimal guidance A positive can-do attitude; can navigate through the challenges and find solutions Analytical thinking; can dig into data as needed to inform decisions We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields. The information below is provided for candidates hired in Colorado, New York, or California. In New York and California, the standard base pay range for this role is $111,000 - $183,000 annually. In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $96,000 - $143,000 annually. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards, benefits, and discretionary bonuses or commissions. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location within the state.
